During our initial call, we will discuss everything from lifestyle and schedules, to parenting philosophies and qualities you are looking for in your ideal caregiver. We will provide guidance on bespoke solutions to your family’s needs, as well as answer any questions you may have about our process. 

Interview Top Candidates

Next, you’ll review the profiles of our top candidates who have successfully made it through our thorough preliminary application, interview, and screening process, and have been hand picked by our team for your family. We will facilitate preliminary interviews for your top picks, and provide you with interview questions and guidance along the way.

Begin Your New Journey

Once a candidate is chosen, we work with you to create a custom work agreement. Once signed by all parties, your dream provider is ready to begin!

All our expert providers meet rigorous standards and possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • Experience: minimum of 2+ years of professional childcare experience

  • References: multiple exceptional references who we speak with directly

  • Certifications: CPR/First Aid certified and background checked for your peace of mind

  • Additional Skills: proficiency in languages, music, arts, or educational methodologies such as Montessori, RIE, or Waldorf

  • Passion: genuine love for children and commitment to fostering their development in a nurturing environment
