To engage our services and begin your search, there is a $300 Engagement Fee. Once you have chosen a candidate, the final Placement Fee is due once a work agreement has been signed by all parties. We are always here for you throughout your nanny’s employment period and beyond for any additional questions or support.

Flower City Nannies’ placement fee is 15% of the candidate’s Gross Total Annual Compensation.

Please note that current rates for professional full and part-time nannies in the greater Rochester and Western New York areas range from $20-28+/hr. Rates are dependent on qualifications, experience, and required duties.
