Registration and Discovery Call
Once we have received your registration form we will be in touch to book your free, 30-minute discovery call. We will get to know you and learn more about your family’s unique needs, as well as what you are looking for in your ideal match. We will offer guidance about current market rates and compensation packages, and will invite you to ask us any questions you may have about our process. This is where the perfect match begins!

Custom Job Listing & Candidate Screenings
After learning more about your family, we will create a custom job listing tailored to your needs. We will begin sourcing, screening, and vetting candidates who meet your criteria. We will present you with a short list of our top candidate profiles and assist you in scheduling direct interviews with them. You can rest assured that all you’ll need to do is chose your perfect match from our wonderful, pre-screened, professional candidates.

Job Offer & Work Agreement
Once we have found your perfect match, using our custom template, we will help you to create a bespoke work agreement between your family and new hire. This will include things like agreed upon schedule, rate, duties, and negotiation of benefits. We will review this with all parties to ensure that your relationship begins with clarity and confidence. Get excited, because your dream candidate is signed, sealed, delivered.
Our Best in Class Standards
All of our expert providers meet rigorous standards and possess the following minimum qualifications:
Experience: minimum of 2+ years of professional childcare experience
References: multiple exceptional references who we speak with directly
Certifications: CPR/First Aid certified and background checked for your peace of mind
Skills: additional skills such as proficiency in languages, music, arts, or educational methodologies such as Montessori, RIE, or Waldorf
Passion: genuine love for children and commitment to fostering their development in a nurturing environment
