  • Can we get in touch if we have questions during the employment of our nanny?

    Absolutely! We are here for all of your questions throughout your nanny’s tenure and beyond. Reach out to us anytime, and we will be in touch as soon as we are able!

  • Do you fill other household staffing positions besides nannies?

    Yes, we do! We are able to staff a number of additional household positions, including but not limited to night nannies, doulas, newborn care specialists, housekeepers, executive assistants, property managers, and more.

  • What happens if it’s not the perfect fit?

    We are committed to making long-lasting, meaningful matches for your family. If for any reason your new hire doesn’t work out within the first 90 days, we will replace them at no additional cost.
