(FILLED) Join the Flower City Nannies Team! Administrative Assistant/Placement Coordinator (Flexible, Part-Time)
Flower City Nannies is on the hunt for an amazing Administrative Assistant/Placement Coordinator to join our team! If you’re organized, love connecting with people, and want a flexible, remote, part-time role (set your own schedule of 5-10 hours per week to start!) with room to grow, we would love to hear from you!
Primary Responsibilities:
Connecting with our incredible candidates, conducting interviews, and checking references
Connecting with clients as needed
Keeping schedules and calendars running smoothly
Creating and improving internal processes to keep things streamlined
Taking detailed notes during calls (excellent typing/note-taking skills are required!)
Bringing your warm, friendly, and professional energy to every interaction
Ideally, you’ll be available to schedule 2-3 evening (6pm-8pm or similar) and/or weekend hours per week to accommodate calls
What We’re Looking For:
An excellent communicator with a positive, professional, and friendly vibe
Super organized and detail-oriented (you love keeping things on track!)
Comfortable with Microsoft programs, Google Calendar/Drive, and Zoom
Able to set your own schedule with some flexibility for rescheduled calls
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and maintain confidentiality of all client/agency information
Pay: $20-30/h based on experience
Bonus Points: Recruitment or household staffing experience is a plus, but if you’re eager to learn, we’re happy to provide training for the perfect candidate!
