A warm and welcoming family in Webster, NY, is seeking a proactive, nurturing nanny to care for their two sons, aged 4 months and 3 years old! The typical schedule will consist of care three days per week, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and will alternate between Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday one week and Monday/Wednesday/Thursday the next. This family describes their boys as curious, sweet, and playful, and are looking for a provider who can lovingly support and nurture them long-term. Responsibilities include all typical child-related duties for both children, preschool drop-offs and pickups for the 3-year-old, managing sleep and meal routines, and engaging the boys in age-appropriate activities. Outings to local parks, museums, and libraries will be encouraged and appreciated! Familiarity with all aspects of infant care including safe sleep and feeding practices will be important in this role. A provider who is comfortable and confident setting consistent, kind but firm boundaries with toddlers will be a wonderful complement to this family’s parenting philosophy. This family values outdoor play, limiting screen time, and encouraging the children to be independent where possible while exploring their limits in a supportive environment. Family assistant duties include family laundry, light tidying of shared household spaces, and family meal prep. If you are an experienced, proactive candidate who is looking for a long-term role with a wonderful family, we encourage you to apply!
