Energetic, loving, and experienced Nanny needed for a kind and laid-back family!

4 months (twins), 3

Schedule:
This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week. The typical schedule will fall on M/W/F from 9-5 and T/Th 10-6. The family would love to work with a candidate who is available approximately one Saturday per month when parents have work events.

Compensation:
$22-26/hr based on experience and the 40 hour week.

These friendly and loving parents are eager to find an experienced, long-term nanny to help care primarily for their sweet 4 month old twins! The family’s 3 year old attends full-day pre-school and may occasionally need to be picked up at 2pm. While not required, candidates who have experience with multiples will be prioritized! A caregiver who is excited to get out and about often with the little ones to local parks, museums, or the zoo will be appreciated. Someone who possesses knowledge of developmental milestones and gentle/respectful caregiving methods will do well in this role. The family would love to work with a nanny who is skilled at fostering a sense of independence in the children. A caregiver who can encourage the children to help clean up after themselves, participate in their own self-care (dressing, feeding, etc.) and other life skills (simple meal prep/cooking as they get older!) will fit in well! Planning simple, creative projects and scheduling fun activities throughout the day is important to this family. Someone who is an excellent communicator, has a pitch-in spirit, and is excited to join the family for years to come will thrive in this role!
