Schedule:
This is a part-time position offering 21-25 hours per week. The typical schedule will fall on M-F from 1/1:30pm - 6pm. This family has some flexibility for start/end times depending on candidate preference. The family would also love to work with a candidate who is open to a few additional hours for date nights once or twice a month!
Compensation:
$22-28+/hr based on experience and the 21-25 hour week.

These warm and welcoming parents are excited to find a wonderful, long-term nanny/family assistant to partner with them in nurturing and caring for their 2 sweet children! The children attend a local school in the mornings and will require pickup at 3pm. During the 1pm-3pm hours, some light family assistant duties will be appreciated. Preparing and packing the children’s school lunches, lending a hand with family laundry and light kitchen tidying, as well as occasional toy rotation will be asked and appreciated! Thoughtfully engaging the children and knowledge of developmental milestones is important in this role, as well as being comfortable enforcing boundaries in a loving and supportive way. A candidate who has a growth mindset and can foster the children’s social and emotional development, as well as their sense of independence is key. This family values their nanny engaging the children in enriching experiences throughout the day such as taking walks and adventures to local parks or visiting the local library. A safe and reliable vehicle will be required to transport the children to and from occasional afternoon activities. Someone who is open-minded, a strong communicator, and is comfortable working together with the parents in a collaborative and approachable way will thrive in this role!
