Proactive, loving, and adaptable Jill-of-all-trades Nanny/Family Assistant needed for warm, collaborative family in Pittsford!
Ages of children:
3,2, and 6 months (please note, the family has 2 older children who may require very occasional care! Candidate will never be responsible for all 5 children.)
Start date: ASAP
Schedule:
40h/week M-F 8:30-4:30 with room for flexibility based in candidate preference and family need.
Compensation:
$20-25/h based on experience

These loving and kind-hearted parents are ready to find their amazing, long-term Nanny/Family Assistant to partner with them in caring for their adorable children and home! Mom and Dad are both busy, working professionals and are looking for someone to become a true partner in helping their household run smoothly. While Dad has a fairly predictable work schedule, Mom’s schedule will fluctuate and she will be partnering with their nanny to divide and conquer as needed throughout the week. This family values a caregiver who will thoughtfully engage the children and is excited to play a part in nurturing them as they grow! A candidate who enjoys planning enriching experiences throughout the day beyond basic care such as taking walks and adventures to local parks, outings to the zoo and museums, or visiting the local library will be appreciated. Family assistant duties include child related tidying, simple meal prep (bonus points if you can incorporate the kiddos!), family laundry, organizational projects, errands as needed, and generally lending a hand where needed. This family is Christian and would love to work with a candidate who is open-minded and comfortable supporting the family’s preferences in celebrating their beliefs with the children.
