Schedule: M-F 9:30am-3:30pm, 30 hours per week guaranteed

Compensation: $20-23/h

Benefits: Guaranteed hours, PTO, sick days, and paid major holidays

A loving family in Victor, NY is seeking a high-energy, reliable nanny to partner with their family in caring for their two, sweet toddlers! This family values a caregiver who is looking to support their family long-term – ideally for the next 2+ years. The family’s 3-year-old thrives on a structured schedule and benefits from consistency. Always busy, she loves pretend play, especially inspired by The Lion King, and enjoys reading and could spend hours with her books! Outdoor activities are also a hit, and screen time is minimal, limited to a brief TV break during her sister’s nap. The littlest family member, their 1-year-old, is adaptable and follows her routine well. She loves to mimic whatever her big sister is doing! Though she’s not quite walking yet, she’s curious and will need close supervision as she grows and explores her environment. Once the family is in a comfortable routine with their new caregiver, they would love for their nanny to take the children on some close-to-home, local outings, such as local libraries or playgrounds. A caregiver with a gentle and compassionate approach to discipline, while holding firm to boundaries when needed will be a wonderful complement to the family’s parenting philosophies. Someone who is proactive, fun and engaging, and who is skilled at maintaining a consistent routine with energetic little ones will be an excellent fit! 

Requirements:

2+ years of professional childcare experience

CPR/First aid certified

Safe and reliable vehicle

Willingness to make a long-term commitment to the family, preferably 2+ years
