A kind family in Orchard Park is seeking a detail-oriented, well-seasoned nanny with extensive newborn and multiples experience to join them in March, 2025! This family’s twins are due in February, and the exact start-date for this position will depend on the timing of the birth and potential NICU stay. The typical schedule will fall M-F between the hours of 8am-5pm, with some flexibility appreciated. This family would love to work with an experienced candidate who is open to providing guidance to these parents in a friendly and approachable way, while fostering a collaborative approach. Assisting Mom with building skills and confidence in areas such as finding a daily rhythm and schedule for the children, assisting with safe feeding and sleep practices, and generally adjusting to life with three little ones will be essential. Engaging all three children in age-appropriate activities throughout the day with an emphasis on supporting developmental milestones, as well as outings to local parks, museums, and libraries, will be encouraged and appreciated! Familiarity with all aspects of infant care including safe sleep and feeding practices, bottle preparation, and administration of medications as needed and directed by the parents will be important in this role. As Mom will be at home and involved in the day-to-day care of the children, a strong sense of step-in, step-out tuition, as well as the ability to proactively assist with additional household duties will be appreciated in this role. Additional duties include assisting with child-related laundry, light tidying of shared household spaces, light meal preparation, organizing and maintaining children’s spaces, taking stock of and ordering necessities such as diapers, wipes, etc. as needed, and occasional grocery shopping and errands as requested by the family. This position requires a candidate with a high level of discretion and professionalism who is committed to caring for the family in a holistic way. Requirements:

2+ years of professional childcare experience
